Heidi joined HKVUS since 2019 as a receptionist. The job has presented her with a lot of challenges and changes. She strives to provide friendly voice for nurses. She aims to be quick and accurate for each appointment.

Her service will make it easier for the clinics to book. In her spare time she enjoys artisanal cafes, running and travelling to her adopted second home Japan.
